We need everyones help in making this site work, whether its posting, responding to members questions, completing challenges or raising your hand to help with the modding side, we really need it. We know alot of you are visiting the forums which is wonderful but without contribution the site cannot grow, so come contribute and help make this site yours! |  Heya Smexy Artifexians, Time for our Update Email! As some of you would know the Modi have been hard at work making the forums more user friendly and smexier then ever before! So we thought we would update you on some of the new developments happening at Artifex. Introduction of Padawans: A little while ago I opened up applications to become Forum Moderators (also known as Padawans). After leaving the applications open for some time we finally snared 3 victims .. we mean willing volunteers to join our Modi Council. So Please congratulate our Padawans : harajuku, Midiga, spirit9123Forum Update Lists as of 5th of Novemeber 2011
- Photography Challenge Section created
- Points system added - pretty sure was same time was thanks but couldn't see it in the notes
- Portal / Home Page Added
- Portal rearranged and condenced
- Challenge of the Week, Featured Challenge, News (REMOVED), Start Zone, Active Topics(REMOVED) and Latest Topic Added
- New Aeria Games and Facebook Icons (Twitter added also)
- Signature Rules Updated
- Adminstrators renamed to Modi Masters
- Moderators renamed to Modi
- Moderators in training recieved rank : Padawan
- Modi Secret Council created (ADMIN/MOD/PADA ONLY)
- Padawan given designated coloured rank of Gold/Yellow
- Rank Icons given to Modi Master and Padawan
- Facebook, Twitter, Google + Widget added to portal (Twitter and Google yet to be officially linked) (Removed)
- Artifex Group on Aeriagames updated with Information
- New Banner added to rotator
- Old Posts Cleaned out of The Lounge and Competition Notice Board
- Twitter Account created
- Facebook Group (shut down) Facebook Page created
- Twitter account linked to facebook
- Facebook Connectivity set up for trial and voting

| Our Weekly(ish) Update for Artifex.justgoo!Some Interesting happenings
- We had 8 Users online on Friday 11th Nov 2011 at 8.22am(Aus Time), only 1 was logged in
- Harajuku (Mimi) has made it into the 3rd phase of her Padawan Training, expect to see some fun threads being organised soon =)
- We
have had a few new challenges created this last 2 weeks, check them out
have a go, and give some of the older challenges some love too^^
- Pharwynd got challenge entry of the week (though she didn't have much of a challenge being the only entrant for that week...)
- Art Alphabet finally hit Z, now we wait to see who will begin it again with A
- Not really a happening, but it is something I am constantly updating, Posts, Challenges and More,
this was created as part of our ranking system, which is in dire need
of a revise, so if people have time please go check out "A relook at
ranks" and/or "badges" listed below and help us with some ideas on how
to change it.
Some posts that need love and attention: A Challenge Request:I set forth this challenge to all artifex users, your challenge is to post at least ONCE a day on Artifex forums, the forums need activity to survive. Do not be afraid to post, and there are plenty of fun threads to begin and start off at. The forums are starting to get in to a nice pace, you should expect to see an Artifex Informer via email and PM each Thursday (Friday for some of us ^.^), updates to post/challenge counts, Challenge of the Week and Featured Challenge. As well as a listing of current updates around the forums =). Firstly I'd like to welcome back Spirit back from a 2 week no internet vacation =) and Welcome all the new members we have taken under wing this last month cannot wait to see you guys posting here ^.^ The Forum Modi really need everyones help with these posts, the more feedback the better, seriously do not be afraid to post/share your opinion, all opinions are neccessary if we are to make this forum great. | Hello everyone and welcome to your Thursday SUNDAY! Update! Apologies everyone in the lateness of updating the homepage and sending out the informer, I took a few days off with the family on a vacation and unfortunately lanaee was also out of town too. My thoughts while on the trip constantly brought me to checking up on artifex while I was away ( so much so I ran out of credit on my phone lol) but alas, there has been no posting or activity. I know it has been Thanksgiving but had hope to see 1 or 2 posts made over the weekend at least. So what I ask now is this: What do you think will help bring activity to Artifex? I have set up a new thread for ideas and suggestions: here and hope everyone will come and give us their thoughts and comments. The Home page challenges have been updated and due to the length of last weeks challenge to make it fair this one will run till not this Thursday but the following one. - Quote :

| Apologies smexy artifexians, there is no informer this week due to time constraints, but there will be an extra smexy Easter Week Informer this weekend.
One big thing to note from last week was the end of the SOTM competition CONGRATULATIONS LYLA! and huge thanks to everyone who participated, supported and of course our smexy judges =) |
