im really stuck on this siggie i have no idea what to do for it ._.

Umm.. perhaps add a border, not just a small stroke around the shape. Although small, I'd suggest cleaning up around the corners, especially the bottom two corners. Maybe erase lightly those lines on her face/head and hands, it might help give more depth if it appears like those parts are above the lines.

Now in my opinion/style, I would add some light textures coming up from around the bottom (hips) of the render, curving around. The kind that are more glowy and thicker at the bottom and gradually decrease in size toward the top. Putting them so they stop just above her boobahs. And possibly making one side of the lights going under the render with just a few dots going above, like the lights are kind of circling around her, idk hard to explain, something like [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. Although I wouldn't add too much, to keep the simplicity of the siggy, I think it looks nice that way. I just search "Lights" on deviantArt under Resources & Stock Images.

Or even like a simple line border like [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. My tutorial covers all of those borders, except the last one I listed, but that one is easy just using the Marquee tool, Stroke option from the Edit menu on a new layer and setting to Overlay.

I think those above would look best with your siggy, since its on the more simple side, but there's also the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], two different sized overlay lines like [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], using different shapes than just straight lines like [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.],or [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], and ofc the cinema bars which I either use [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] option again. And also, overlay, with darker stroke like [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Gah there's sooo many borders. I'm sure you've seen them all. Really comes down to how creative you want to be. I'm always looking for new ways to do borders that I haven't seen before, so I'll mix and match any of those styles above and ones I didn't put up there too. There's too many to list here.

What I like to do when I'm running low on inspiration or ideas, I save all of the forums siggies other people make that I like to a folder I call Examples. And while I won't copy them, I do like to go through them occasionally and pull certain elements I like and try them in my siggies and change them in my own kind of way.
