Heya smexy artifexians

Our moderators are racking their brains for ideas to help our site not only grow with new members but see some old faces returning as well. So we are calling out to everyone whether your idea is far fetched, crazy or just plain insane we DON'T CARE! we want to hear it.

Some Ideas we have this far that we welcome people to expand on.

not sure on this idea and it is still in pieces in my head but:

Each studio owner has their own forum of which they can moderate my idea is to:

a) Allow non members to post in these sections (some may already but make it a blanket thing for those who take requests)
b) Set up a request thread OR a post with a contact me form on it which would give options like:
- Request a piece of work
-- SPECS FOR THAT WORK
- Request a tutorial session
-- SPECS FOR THAT SESSION
- Ask a question
c) these contact forms/request threads would then be monitored closely any incidents while can be dealt with by the mod should be reported to the Modi to insure if needed their ip address can be banned etc
d) Have artifex artists link their AGE posts back to their studios here in someway - whether it be a full link for ALL artist details, a link to the biography, a link to the contact form, a link to your extensive gallery

Reason for this idea - to make non members active on the site and for our current members to walk them in by already interacting and offering tutorials etc which will not be available to the guests. (Whether you give someone a tutorial session is different this refers only to the tutorials actually on our forum.)

A bit weird and not sure how it would go, really interested in hearing other peoples thoughts though.

I can't believe it never occurred to me to put a link back to artifex on my siggy shop front page. Is there any kind of Artifex logo I can pick up somewhere to display with a link back to Artifex, perhaps one that is White background friendly? The 'Proud Member of' gets washed out and nearly invisible on white backgrounds, like AGE forum posts. Maybe just the simple 'A' or 'Artifex' I'll probably end up putting it on both my profile and siggy shop.

I am thinking that I might have to "repackage" a lot of our older stuff to appeal to new members oh another idea is to send a "pack" to our new members with like:

• Stuff to put on their profile/thread etc
  
• Link index
  
• Link to a "buddy" who agrees to look after them? Probably means just pm them etc when not sure where they are, and they can go to you for help?
