It might have been the history, the surreallness or just how hot steampunk costumes are... it was not a very hard choice in the end to decide what I wanted to do for this months SOTM. Your task if you choose to accept it mission impossible style.. is to create a steampunk signature. This may encapture any part of the steampunk culture from the mechanics, dresscode to its fantasy art. I ask that while Lady Gaga does explore elements of steampunk in her outfits, I ask that she is not used in this months competition.

As always your signatures must meet the rules and guidelines provided at the bottom of this post. A major change for this month is the retirement of judges and instagation of the poll function in deciding the winner of OTM! After the entry date comes to pass the poll will be available at the top of this thread.

The Winner of this month's competition will not only have the pleasure of hosting next month's competition and choosing a theme but will recieve a SOTM Winner Award and be immortalised in our SOTM Winner Gallery.

Submission Conditions

• This competition is open to all artifex.justgoo members
  
• Must be deemed by the Judges to fit the theme stated in the Competition Opening Post to qualify. Submissions that fail to meet the theme will be disqualified and not considered in judging
  
• Must meet ALL extra conditions stated in the Competition Opening Post.
  
• Premades and collaborations are NOT allowed.
  
• Only 1 submission per person.
  
• Changes/edits to submissions/posts can be made until the thread is closed at the competition's end.

• Must not exceed the Forum Regulations for Signatures ( 700w by 500h)
  
• Discussion of work and signature of the month is to be contained with in the discussion thread

• Adult/nudity/mature contents are strictly prohibited. Please keep to the Forum Rules
  
• Flaming/bashing/discrimination/promoting hate will not be tolerated. This is a friendly competition.
  
• Failure to follow these rules will lead to your entry being disqualified and extended action depending on the situation.

• Do not vote for your own work
  
• Do not create multiple accounts in the aim of providing more votes (honestly its not worth it and our mods can spot dummy accounts.)
  
• Vote honestly, if you like a piece vote for it, do not vote for it just cause they are your friend.
